Fee payment Online/Offline process

Payments are expected by bank drafts/cheque at the school office. However payment in cash can be deposited in the office. All payments should be made only to accountant against an official reciept. The payment can be sent through registered post with A/D, giving details such as Name, Roll No. , Class and House of the boy . The Roll no. and name of the pupil should be written on the back of the draft also.

1. Swami Vivekanand Vidyapith for the school fee, Boarding fee,  Annual fee etc.
2. Payments can also be made through NEFT/ RTGS or directly deposited as per the following details:-

Transportation
a) 0 to 2 Km-Rs.1100/-  
b) 2 to 4 Km-Rs.1200/- 
 c)  4 to 6 Km-Rs.1300/- 
 d) 6 to 8 Km-Rs.1400/-   

*Last Date of payment of transportation fee is 5th of every month, delay in which will affect the services with immediate effect.   
 
Mode of Payment:   
a) The amount indicated are to be paid in cash/Neft/Cheque in favour of ‘Swami Vivekanand Vidyapith’ (Madhepura), by the 5th of the fee paying month.
b) Fine for late payment of fees will be as follows:

  1.  From 6th to 10th of fee paying month Rs.100/-              
  2. From11th to 20th of fee paying month Rs.200/-           
  3. From 21st  to 30th of fee paying month Rs.300/-        
  4. After 30th Re-admission will have to be sought.
